Low-Carb Bread made in a cup can be served with a variety of different toppings. My favourite being cream cheese, rocket and smoked salmon. For breakfast, it can be served with bacon, eggs and a roast tomato. You can use a cup or a small bowl for this recipe

Add all the dry ingredients in a bowl then add the egg and water and mix well. Make sure there are no lumps in your mixture.

Add the butter to the cup you are going to use to microwave your bread. Make sure not to overheat the butter, 5 seconds in the microwave should be more than enough. Swirl it around the cup making sure to coat the whole inside of the cup then pour the butter into the Bread mix and combine.

Pour the mix into your cup and microwave on High for 1 min if you are planning on doubling the mix I would suggest using a bigger wider mug or the mix will not cook all the way through. Don't microwave for more than 3 minutes.
