Oopsie Bread is also known as Cloud Bread for its light, fluffy consistency. This flatbread recipe is perfect for sandwiches and mini pizzas. Easy to make and enjoy with just a few simple ingredients.

Set the oven to preheat at 180°C - 350°F and prepare a sheet of baking paper on an oven tray.
Add the cream cheese, egg yolks, salt and baking powder in a bowl and combine until creamy. Make sure the mixture is smooth with no lumps.

Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form carefully not to over do it. Fold the stiff egg whites in with the yolk mix half the mix at a time.

Scoop the oopsie bread mixture into your prepared baking tray keep in mind on how big you want the Oopsies to be. Carefully place in the oven and bake for 10min - 15min. Keep a close eye on them as they can burn easily if the oven is too hot. They should be nice and golden when they are ready.
