Smoked Salmon Rolls

Packed with vitamin B-12  this delicious light and tasty recipe is perfect for the salmon lovers. It’s quick and easy to make and goes well with a light salad with a vinaigrette dressing.

Mix the Cream Cheese, lemon juice and chopped dill together in a bowl.

Lay down a piece of plastic wrap on your work surface. The plastic wrap will make it easier to roll the salmon. Layer the salmon to cover an area of 30cm→ X 20 cm ↓. Spread the of cream cheese mix on the salmon, slice and layer the cucumber along the top of the roll and layer the rocket as you did the cucumber.

Start rolling the salmon into a sausage using the plastic wrap to guide the roll. You now have one long salmon roll, with a sharp knife, cut it into thumb size pieces. Serve with some fresh lemon slices.
